If you've wanted to work with a coach but are not ready to dive head first into a 6-month relationship, my 4-session package may be the perfect starting point. 

Together we get crystal clear on what dietary path is best suited for your metabolism, personal goals and desires and caloric baseline. 

From there, we build a plan that is right for your body and the season of life you are currently in. 

I'll share all of the resources from my vast library of nutritional knowledge, create personalized meal and exercise plans with you and hold you accountable to show up and take action towards these oh-so-important goals! 

We meet 4 times spread out over the course of 2 months (2ce a month) to give you time to integrate the lessons, recipes and coaching program.
