Day 1: Know Your 'Why'

In order to achieve lasting changes in our behavior and enjoy the benefits of our efforts, we have to start with WHY. Why are we here? Why does this matter? Why do we want change of any kind?

Homework: Use the accompanying worksheets to flesh out your motivation to eat more healthy, plant-based meals. You can download this worksheet or open a blank google doc and write your answers there. Once you have completed it, share your 'Why' by either posting on the Day 1 post in our online FB community or send it only to me by replying to today's email.

Day 2: Create Your Healthy Mantra

Neuro-linguistic pathways shape our reality. When we believe we can achieve something and speak it out loud in the present tense, we activate that in our Central Nervous System and expand our ability to create that reality in our lives. 

Practice: In today's session, we'll share a 10 minute meditation to expand the energetic and nervous system container to receive that which you desire. This can be applied to your health and wellness goals as well as any other life desire you may have.

Day 3: Desires, Ideals & Goals 

We're expanding on the idea of having desires and wanting to experience things in our lives. In this session, we're gathering some tools to help focus and clarify those desires, then put them into action by clarifying the specific path to achieve them.
